CHOOSING A PACKAGE

Which One Is Right for You?

The right package depends almost entirely on one thing: how much independent coverage already exists about your subject.

Choose Starter if…

You've already been covered by reputable newspapers, trade publications, or books, and those articles are about you — not just quoting you. The sources exist; the page simply needs to be written and submitted properly.

Choose Authority if…

You have some coverage, but it's thin, dated, or leans on press releases and self-published sources. We assess the gap, help close it with legitimate third-party placements, and only then submit — which is why this is our most-chosen package.

Choose Premium if…

Wikipedia is one part of a broader reputation goal. You want the page, plus the personal site, the biography, the Knowledge Panel, and consistent profiles — so every search result about you tells the same credible story.

Questions About Cost & Payment

Straight answers on what you pay, when you pay it, and what happens if something doesn't go to plan.

Are these prices final, or should I expect add-ons?

The package price is the full price for the scope listed. We don't bill hourly and we don't add charges mid-project. If your subject turns out to need work beyond the package you selected — for example, significantly more source development than Authority covers — we tell you before starting and you decide whether to upgrade. Nothing is ever added to your invoice without your written approval.

Why is the Authority package recommended for most clients?

Because the most common reason Wikipedia submissions fail isn't bad writing — it's insufficient independent sourcing. Authority includes an assessment of your existing coverage and, where required, up to two supporting third-party media placements to strengthen the citation base before we submit. For subjects whose coverage is borderline, that groundwork is the difference between a page that publishes and one that gets declined.

What if my subject isn't eligible for a Wikipedia page?

The eligibility review comes first in every package for exactly this reason. If our specialists determine your subject doesn't yet meet Wikipedia's notability standards, we'll tell you plainly, explain what coverage is missing, and outline what would need to change. We'd rather turn a project down than take payment for a page that will be deleted.

Does the price cover resubmission if a reviewer declines the draft?

Yes. If a Wikipedia reviewer requests changes or declines a submission, we handle the entire response — reviewing the feedback, strengthening sources or content, and resubmitting — at no additional cost. Our first-attempt approval rate is 98%, but on the occasions where a page needs another pass, that work is already included in what you paid.

Can I upgrade from one package to another later?

You can. If you start with Starter and the eligibility review shows your coverage needs reinforcing, you can move up to Authority and pay only the difference. The same applies to upgrading from Authority to Premium Personal Brand. Nothing you've already paid for is lost.

Do you offer ongoing page monitoring after publication?

Yes — Wikipedia pages can be edited by anyone, so long-term monitoring matters. The Premium Personal Brand package includes ongoing publication support. For Starter and Authority clients, ongoing monitoring and maintenance is available as a separate plan; see our Page Monitoring & Maintenance service for details.

How and when do I pay?

Payment is arranged once the eligibility review is complete and you've approved the scope — never before. Your project manager will confirm the agreed package price in writing and send an invoice with accepted payment methods. Timelines start from the point work begins, not from the date of enquiry.

Do you price business and organization pages differently?

Business and organization pages follow the same three packages, but corporate subjects often require deeper research and a larger citation base. After your eligibility review we'll confirm which package fits and give you a fixed price before any work starts. If your requirements fall outside these packages entirely, we'll quote a custom scope.

Not Sure Which Package You Need?

Send us your details and our Wikipedia specialists will review your eligibility within 24 hours — then recommend the package that actually fits. No obligation, no pressure.
